Bikanervala UAE Loyalty Program - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Membership

  • The "Bikanervala Club" Loyalty Program is open to all individuals and is valid for Bikanervala outlets in the UAE.
  • Membership is voluntary, lifetime valid, and non-transferable.
  • Registration is free, and a complete mobile number is required for enrollment.
  • Members must provide their registered mobile number at the time of billing to earn loyalty points.

2. Earning & Redeeming Points

  • Points earned can be redeemed only on purchases at participating Bikanervala UAE outlets.
  • Each loyalty point holds a value of 1 AED, with a round-off applied to non-decimal values.
  • Loyalty points are issued on non-discounted items and non-discounted invoices, based on net purchase value.
  • Points can be earned on purchases excluding taxes, statutory levies, delivery charges, and packaging fees.
  • Customers can redeem points on all invoices, including those with discounts and offers.
  • There is no minimum or maximum limit for redeeming points; they can be redeemed for any amount starting from 1 AED.

3. Loyalty Points Expiry & Validity

  • Loyalty points earned are valid for 12 months from the date of credit.
  • Points not redeemed within 12 months will automatically lapse and will not be re-credited.

4. Membership Tiers & Benefits

  • Members are categorized into Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers based on their total spending.
  • Higher tiers may receive additional benefits, exclusive offers, and priority services.

5. Restrictions & Exclusions

  • Customers will not earn loyalty points on discounted items, products, or invoice amounts.
  • Points cannot be used for advance orders' prepayments but can be used for the remaining balance at checkout.
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash, and no cash claims can be made in lieu of points or gifts.

6. Special Rewards & Offers

  • Members who provide their date of birth and anniversary will receive special bonus coupons on these occasions.
  • Periodic updates on accumulated points and expiry reminders will be sent via SMS, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Exclusive promotions, updates, and offers will be communicated through various channels, including SMS, email, and WhatsApp.

7. Account Management & Updates

  • Members are responsible for updating their mobile number and profile details by contacting us at Loyalty.Care@Bikanervala.ae or calling +971 4 256 1176.
  • A valid Government-issued ID is required to update mobile numbers associated with the loyalty account.

8. Program Termination & Modification

  • Bikanervala UAE reserves the right to terminate or modify the loyalty program without prior notice.
  • Membership may be revoked at the discretion of management, with all points forfeited.
  • By enrolling in the loyalty program, members consent to receive promotional communication via multiple channels.
