Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded.
The promised delivery time would be 45 mins within the 5 km delivery radius. This time is bound to be exceeded in unforeseen circumstances due to peak hour business/demand.
Exchange of food items will not be entertained on any case.
Our staff members will not ask for any credit card details or other bank details
All the financial disputes will be subject to scrutiny and decision would be taken within 72 hrs any dispute should be raised within 5 hours of order placement.
All the prices are excluding of vat + delivery and packing charges would be applicable for branches only
A minimum AED 5 delivery charges applies for every order via www.Bikanervala.ae, a minimum amount of AED 20.00 + AED 5 to AED 10 applies per delivery order.

As we do not add preservatives or artificial ingredients the food should be consumed within two hrs of delivery do not preserve the food in frozen storage.
